Founded by safety professional Andrew Lealofi, this Las Vegas-based consulting firm is dedicated to helping organizations build strong safety cultures, remain OSHA compliant, and protect their workforce through expert-led training and hands-on safety solutions. As a safety consultant with a deep understanding of high-risk industries, AJL Safety Services brings personalized attention, real-world insight, and a results-driven mindset to every client engagement. 

The mission of AJLSS: Helping Las Vegas and beyond  build strong safety cultures, stay compliant, and protect their workforce through hands-on OSHA training and practical safety consulting to ensure every worker returns home safely. 

Andrew’s career in Occupational Safety and Health began during his freshman year of college, where he discovered a passion for creating safer work environments. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health, he developed his skills through roles in the nonprofit sector and later as Director of Safety for both a telecom and a construction company. In these roles, he successfully led large-scale safety initiatives, reduced incidents, and improved compliance across multiple worksites.

Today, as an independent consultant and certified OSHA trainer, Andrew works directly with clients to assess risks, build safety programs, and train employees and leadership alike.

Andrew’s work and commitment to safety were nationally recognized when he was featured in the documentary Vertical Freedom—a film that highlights the critical role of safety professionals and high-angle workers across the country.
